We offer many services to any make or model of bicycle you might own. If you bought the bike from us, you automatically receive two years of unlimited tune ups, plus %20 off any regular stock accessories for the full two years.
We carry a full line of parts and accessories to choose from. It is recommended that a new bike be tuned shortly after it is purchased, generally within the first month of riding, to make sure everything is working properly. We recommend your bike be tuned at least once a year and spot checked anytime something doesn’t feel or sound right. Service is what we do.
We service what we sell, and back it up. For example, if we changed your cables, they will stretch, and will need to be re-adjusted within a month of riding at no extra charge. If we made a necessary adjustment to your bike and something isn’t to your satisfaction, please bring to our attention and we’ll make it right.
FOR YOUR SAFETY - If you choose to buy your bike from one those ‘Big Box’ stores we recommend the bike be brought into a specialty bike retailer like us to have it tuned up within one month of purchase. It is common for these non service bike stores to only supply you with a bicycle that rolls and stops. These bikes are commonly are not set up properly and will not perform their best. If they are left unchecked, the life of these bikes will be short, if checked out by a experienced technician the bike will likely last for 5-10 times longer. If the bike is ‘new’ at the time we receive it for service, we will tune and set it up for you and offer you one free tune up within 3 months. This will be necessary, as with any bike, the cables will stretch, the wheels will go out of ‘true’ and it will generally ‘break in.

Other services are performed and charged for case by case. An estimate is no charge, and can be quoted before any work is performed.

- Our Tune Up also covers the labour to replace up to two inner tubes &/ tires, brake pads, cables.
- It is our policy to re-adjust as necessary, at no charge, any new cable installed and or any bearing system serviced within two months of original repair. All new cables will stretch and need to be re-adjusted.
